In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "h444", "we", "us", or "our" refers to h444, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at h444.onl and all associated sub-domains and applications.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the h444 website, mobile-optimised interface, gaming software, sportsbook, live casino environment, and all associated services offered through h444.onl.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by h444 before processing withdrawals or at any time h444 deems verification necessary.

By accessing, browsing, registering with, or placing any wager on the h444 Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with h444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the complete agreement between you and h444.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all Players regardless of their country of residence, device of access, or payment method used. Where specific product rules (for example, sportsbook betting rules or live casino game rules) conflict with these general Terms, the specific product rules shall take precedence in respect of that specific product only.

To register for and use the h444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of h444 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or gaming studios.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false or misleading registration information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances.

Each Player may hold one and only one Account on the h444 Platform. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h444 reserves the right to close all but the earliest account, void any winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and recover any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. h444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your h444 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify h444 support immediately via live chat. h444 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily lock the Account pending review.

h444 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice if h444 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. Where an Account is closed for cause, h444 may retain funds in the Account for a period necessary to complete any ongoing investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact h444 support. Upon closure, any outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real Money balances subject to no outstanding withdrawal restrictions will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any applicable KYC verification.

h444 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of your deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and may be amended from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. h444 will not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Where a third-party deposit is identified, it will be returned to its source and the Account may be restricted pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.
• h444 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds may be subject to additional processing times imposed by the recipient payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• h444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as a security and anti-fraud measure.

h444 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees over which h444 has no control. Currency conversion fees may apply where your account currency differs from the transaction currency.

h444 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and loyalty programme benefits. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings become withdrawable as Real Money.
• Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Typical wagering requirements on h444 range from 20x to 45x the bonus amount. Players should read each promotion's individual terms before opting in.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of bonuses through arbitrage, matched betting patterns, or other bonus-abuse strategies is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All wagers placed on the h444 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or wager, h444's records shall be the primary reference. h444 maintains comprehensive server-side logs of all gaming activity and these records are treated as definitive in the resolution of any dispute.

h444 reserves the right to void any wager placed in the following circumstances:

• Where a technical error or software malfunction affected the display of odds, game outcomes, or any other material factor.
• Where a wager was placed after the result of the relevant event was already known, regardless of how the information was obtained.
• Where the wager was placed as part of a coordinated attempt to exploit a pricing error or technical vulnerability.
• Where the sporting event to which the wager relates is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with its governing body's standard rules.

Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all products on the h444 Platform. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting market interface and may be adjusted by h444 at its discretion, including on an individual Account basis where h444 reasonably suspects abuse.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Match-Fixing & Insider Betting: Placing wagers based on insider knowledge of the outcome of a sporting event or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any manner that confers an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to interact with the Platform on your behalf.
• Money Laundering: Using the h444 Platform for the purposes of depositing, layering, or integrating the proceeds of any criminal activity. h444 is required by law to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Software Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a software error are void.
• Harassment: Abusing, harassing, threatening, or discriminating against h444 staff or other Players in any communication channel including live chat, email, or in-game chat features.
• False Information: Providing false identity information, documents, payment details, or any other material information to h444 for any purpose.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the h444 Platform's back-end systems, other Players' accounts, or any data to which you are not entitled.

All intellectual property rights in and to the h444 Platform — including without limitation the h444 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, databases, game content, promotional materials, text, and all other content — are owned by or licensed to h444. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in h444's intellectual property.

You may access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works of any content on the Platform without h444's express prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on the h444 Platform is owned by the respective game providers and is licensed to h444 for the purpose of offering it to Players. All rights in such third-party content remain with the respective owners.

h444 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with h444, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

h444 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform (for example, KYC verification providers, payment processors, and fraud detection services) and only to the extent necessary for the provision of those services.

h444's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by you into your h444 Account during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While h444 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous Platform availability, h444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. h444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or technical disruption, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
