Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English for Pakistani Players

1. Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. It is often written as a multiplier: x10, x15, or x20. A higher number means more betting is required before cashout becomes possible.
Think of it this way: the platform needs to see you actually play before releasing real money.
Example: You receive a Rs 5,000 bonus with an x15 rollover. You must place bets totalling Rs 75,000 (5,000 × 15) before your winnings become withdrawable.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus Play
While you have an active bonus, there is usually a cap on the maximum amount you can wager per spin or bet. This is typically between Rs 250 and Rs 500 per round. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely — so always check the terms.
This rule prevents players from placing one massive bet to clear wagering requirements instantly.
Example: Your bonus terms say max bet is Rs 400. If you spin a slot at Rs 600 per round while bonus is active, the casino may cancel your bonus balance.
3. Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally towards clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically count 100%, while table games like Blackjack or Roulette may only contribute 10%–20% of each bet wagered.

5. Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky (or "cashable") bonus is added to your balance alongside your real money. When you withdraw, the bonus amount is deducted but your real-money winnings go to you. A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently and can never be withdrawn — only the winnings it generates can be cashed out.
Example: Sticky bonus of Rs 3,000 — you cannot withdraw the Rs 3,000 itself, but if you turn it into Rs 8,000 through play, you can withdraw Rs 5,000 in profit (the Rs 3,000 sticky portion remains).
6. Maximum Cash-Out Limit
Even after meeting all wagering requirements, there may be a cap on how much you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. For example, a bonus may allow a maximum cashout of 5x the original bonus amount, regardless of how much you actually won.
Example: You received a Rs 2,000 bonus with a 5x max cashout. Even if you win Rs 50,000, you can only withdraw Rs 10,000 (2,000 × 5) from bonus funds. The remainder is removed.
